Integrations with Google APIs and Our Use of Google User Data

During the use of Click360, you may integrate Google Application Programming Interfaces (“Google APIs”) with our services and, with your consent, Click360 may, through its application, access Google Data through the Google APIs. When directed and on a periodic basis, Click360 will access data about Ads and other usage and pull that data into its database to join with other data for analytical and reporting purposes (e.g., showing return on investment for particular advertisements or campaigns on a scheduled report or dashboard). Click360 will not use the data for any other purpose without providing notice of any such purpose. Click360 will not sell or otherwise transfer that data to any third party nor will it use that data for any purpose other than providing analytical services for you, unless required to do so by law (for example, a subpoena). If Click360 plans to access or use a type of user data that was not originally disclosed in this privacy policy when a Google user initially authorized access, Click360 will update this privacy policy and prompt the user to consent to any changes before it accesses that data. In the event that Click360 obtains authorized client credentials to access Google API services, it will keep these credentials confidential. If directed by you or Google, Click360 will permanently delete all data imported from the Google APIs. All access and use of that data will be in accordance with relevant agreements and laws governing access to the Google APIs.
